Cat grooming is loving, firm, and quite swift. As Barbara puts it: “The best way to bathe a cat? FAST!” A quiet, practiced approach gets the job done before the drama begins — no long nervous sessions, no wrestling.

Many thick-coated cats do not need a haircut at all — they need de-shedding. We clean and condition the coat to loosen dead hair, then blow it out with high-velocity dryers, rake it, brush it, comb it… whatever it takes to reach the bottom of the seemingly bottomless hair pit that is your cat. For many long-coated cats, de-shedding is all they need to be prepared for our Arizona summers.

Cats with special needs — seniors, rescues, or pets with “issues” — are catered to in our low-volume operation, with the patience of a salon that has groomed Tucson pets for decades.
