Full-service grooming & styling
We know your breed — the correct presentations of nearly all breeds, and we are willing to learn those that might be new to us. Traditional breed trims or mixed-breed custom work: our scissor work and styling ranks among the best in the area, whether it is a sculpted Bichon Frise, a terrier with style, or a custom look for your companion.
Our salon features state-of-the-art stress-reducing equipment: a Hydro-Surge bathing system, the Artmaster clipper vacuum system, and over-the-table LIPS full-support grooming supports.
Hand stripping for terriers
The traditional way to groom harsh-coated terriers — maintaining color, texture and healthy skin. Terriers are our specialty, including Schnauzers, Wire Haired Terriers, Scotty, West Highland White, Airedales, Bedlingtons, Welsh, Irish and Australian. We hand strip or obtain a handstripped look.
Reference rate: $45–$60 for the average small terrier, depending on what needs to be done.
De-shedding — “The Hair Stays Here!”
Cleaning and conditioning to loosen dead coat, then high-velocity blow-out, raking, brushing and combing — the combination of products, tools and know-how that achieves fantastic results for thick-coated dogs and cats before Arizona summers.
Cat grooming
Cat grooming is embraced. Loving, firm and quite swift — and if owners think their pet would do better with them present, we practice owner-assisted grooming. After all, the best way to bathe a cat? FAST!
Puppy first grooms
Puppies are given extra special care and a loving beginning to the grooming part of life. The emphasis is on getting acquainted with the groomer and the procedures. The best time for the first appointment is around 12–16 weeks old — the sweet spot for socialization — and a puppy session lasts only an hour or two at most.
Special handling & senior pets
We easily accommodate dogs that need a little extra patience or special handling, whether from medical needs or because they “have issues.” Pets like elderly Scotty get extra special care and attention here.
Private grooming instruction
